Overview

MindFit is a psychology clinic built on a powerful shift in perspective: mental health should be trained, not treated.

Positioned as a “mental health gym,” MindFit replaces clinical terminology with empowering language. Coaches, workouts, programs, and members all make emotional well-being feel structured, proactive, and stigma-free.

The objective was to design a brand identity system that communicates strength and clarity while maintaining warmth and clinical credibility.

Challenge

Mental health brands often feel either

  • Clinical and impersonal

  • Or overly soft and indistinct

 

MindFit required a balance between discipline and empathy.

The identity needed to:

  • Reflect on evidence-based practice

  • Feel approachable for children, teens, and adults

  • Scale across print, digital, and motion

  • Reinforce structured progress

Strategic Insight

Mental fitness is a practice.

Just like physical training, MindFit’s model follows a structured path:

Logo System

The logo reflects stability and alignment.

The identity is built on the balance between:

  • Geometric precision
    (discipline, science, measurement)

  • Subtle fluidity
    (growth, regulation, adaptability)

Typography System

Typography plays a central role in expressing structure.

  • Primary typeface:
    modern, grounded, disciplined

  • Secondary typeface:
    human, accessible, supportive

Hierarchy is clear and educational, supporting assessments, program materials, and digital communication.

Color System

The palette balances energy and calm.

  • Activated tones represent motivation and growth

  • Grounded neutrals build trust and stability

The color system was built with accessibility and contrast in mind, ensuring usability across print and digital formats.
